Nova Bakery is located in Jonsered, east of Gothenburg, and is a fully plant-based bakery and patisserie. Here, cakes, pastries, bread, savoury sandwich cakes and other treats are baked without animal-based ingredients – for both everyday fika and bigger occasions.
This is a good stop if you are looking for vegan baked goods in the Gothenburg area, want to order a cake or feel like having fika in a quieter setting just outside the city.
Nova Bakery also has a self-service garden café. You can buy something to take away or sit down with something sweet when the weather allows. Please note that the café does not have indoor seating. A visit is best suited for outdoor fika, picking up pre-ordered baked goods or buying something tasty to take with you.
