Papi’s Pierogi

The food truck Papi’s Pierogi serves vegan, Eastern European comfort food, and behind the pans are chefs Pascal and Katrin Kuta who grew up shaping pierogies as part of the family tradition. Their Slavic origins are clearly visible in the flavours, and here there are several options to choose from – including “the traditional”, which is a Polish Christmas classic with potatoes, white “cheese” and onions.
