The food truck Papi’s Pierogi serves vegan Eastern European comfort food. Behind the pots are chefs Pascal and Katrin Kuta, who grew up making pierogi as part of their family traditions. Their Slavic roots come through clearly in the flavours, and there are several options to choose from – including “The Traditional”, a Polish Christmas classic with potato, white “cheese” and onion.
