Pinchos is a restaurant chain started in Gothenburg and characterised by their circus-themed decor, large menu with international tapas-sized dishes and fun drinks for all tastes and ages. They are also first in the world with their app-based restaurant concept, which means that everything from table reservations to ordering from their menu is done via your phone in the Pinchos app. Including Pinchos Heden, there are a total of four Pinchos restaurants in central Gothenburg.
In June 2023, Pinchos became the first restaurant in Gothenburg to serve 3D-printed meat. The meat is completely vegetarian and plant-based, which with the help of a 3D printer gets a strikingly similar texture, taste, and structure to ordinary meat.
