In Donsö’s former fire station, Popsicle is located with an adjoining outdoor seating area, a peaceful oasis in the middle of the harbour.
Here you will find both food and fika for all ages. The business aims to highlight “blue food” the sustainable ingredients of the future from the sea. They offer, among other things, fika and bread made with seaweed and coastal plants, as well as bookable activities such as guided seaweed harvesting.
For those with a sweet tooth, everything from handmade ice cream to coffee desserts awaits. The drinks menu offers something for most tastes, including their own signature drink, the Popsicle Mojito.
During the summer, the café is open in the evenings.
