Fei

Located at the top of Clarion Hotel The Pier, overlooking the water, Fei is an a la carte restaurant with inspiration from both China and the Nordics. The restaurants decor follows in the Chinese spirit, where the modern meets the traditional. They offer several sharing dishes with flavors from Hong Kong, Zhejiang and Sichuan. It is also possible to order the Fei Experience, which is a set 10-course menu with selected dishes. Close to the dining room is the cocktail bar, where you can get different cocktails with special ingredients such as Baijiu, rice wine and Chinese wine.

Guests can also book the Chambré Séparée, where you can dine with a view of the water and sit more exclusive or the Chef’s Table, where you can watch when the chefs prepare the food.
