Salongen is the restaurant inside Sjömanskyrkan by Stigbergstorget in Majorna. Here, live music, local character and vegetarian food come together in a carefully renovated setting with views of the Göta älv river.
The menu is inspired by Palestinian cooking and consists of vegetarian dishes, many of which are also vegan. Come here for dinner before a concert, an evening with friends or a drink at the bar while you are around Stigberget and Majorna.
Together with Rekovin, the restaurant has created a wine list with natural wines from France, Germany and Italy. Kölsch is also served on tap in small glasses – a good match for summer evenings on the balcony in the evening sun.
