Since 2003, Tullhuset has worked with seasonal menus where the ingredients set the direction. Fish and seafood are sourced as locally as possible from West Sweden, and collaboration with local producers is a natural part of the restaurant’s philosophy. The result is dishes with a strong sense of place, prepared with care for both flavour and the environment.
In addition to the à la carte menu, lunch is served daily, with special archipelago lunches on weekdays and weekend lunch menus on Saturdays and Sundays. A vegetarian menu is always available. Here, island residents and visitors alike gather in a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy good food whatever the season.
Tullhuset takes a long-term approach to sustainability and is part of the Hållbarhetsklivet initiative, which brings together businesses in West Sweden committed to reducing their environmental impact, supporting local communities and creating sustainable experiences all year round. The ambition is to contribute to more jobs on the islands and a vibrant archipelago even beyond the peak summer season.
