At the restaurant, the focus is on seasonal ingredients. The daily special is decided the day before by the head chef, based on which ingredients are available in our pantry and from our suppliers. This approach allows us to prepare sustainable meals with minimal food waste.

Both the restaurant and café operate with a strong commitment to sustainability, and all dishes are labelled with their carbon footprint in CO2 equivalents. This means that as a guest, you can see the total carbon emissions for each dish.

The restaurant is environmentally certified according to the Swedish Environmental Base standard.
