A classic heathland course which offers a challenge to amateurs and professionals alike.

The golf course was created with inspiration from the traditional Scottish heathland courses, with hard ground. It was designed by Martin Hawtree, who represents Hawtree Limited, the English family business which has been designing golf courses since 1912.

Whether you’ve played 18 holes or been winding down in the outdoor enclosure, you’ll soon get hungry. And the wonderful aromas from the kitchen run by Ingemar and Ingrid Lyxell certainly whet the appetite. Many will recognise Ingemar from 28+, the Michelin-star restaurant in Gothenburg. And you definitely won’t be disappointed, whether you’re eating lunch, enjoying a snack or tucking into the famous Christmas smorgasbord. With one of the country’s best golf courses, a first-rate restaurant, padel and tennis courts, a training centre and plans for additional conference facilities and more room for the members, Vallda golf & country club is gradually evolving into a great experience for the whole family.
