Vi Viet is a Vietnamese restaurant in Vasastaden, in central Gothenburg. The space is small, bookings are time-limited and the menu is full of delicious Vietnamese flavours – from fresh summer rolls and banh mi to noodle soups, rice dishes and plates with fresh herbs, pickles, peanuts, lemongrass and Vietnamese sauces.
