Thörnströms Kök opened in 1997 and Swedish flavours are found on the menu, changing according to season and taking in influences from other European cuisines too. All menus and dishes are accompanied by a suitable wine.
Thörnströms kök has one star in the prestigious Guide Michelin. The restaurant won "Sustainable restaurant of the year" and "Dining-room team of the year" at the Swedish restaurant awards in 2016.
