The exhibition demonstrates how contemporary art by artists living in the North not only creates awareness about climate change - which affects us all - but also addresses pollution and mirrors scientific findings. It rouses an interest to learn more, connects cultures and contributes to re-connecting with one's own culture while bringing attention to global environmental challenges. The impressive sculptures by these gifted artists communicate the shared concern of Nature's frailty and the human dimension in our environment and encourage environmentally sound measures to be taken for the good of future generations.

The exhibition is a collaboration between The Museum of World Cultures and the Museum Cerny Inuit Collection in Switzerland.
