GothCon takes place in central Gothenburg every Easter. The convention has been running since the 1970s and attracts more than 2,000 visitors each year. Here you can play analogue games in all their forms – role-playing games, board games, card games, miniatures games, live-action role play (LARP) and more. There are also unique shops to browse and dedicated spaces where you can sit down and play with your friends. GothCon is suitable for families, and children are very welcome to join in for a unique weekend experience.
Visitors under the age of 15 are recommended to attend with an accompanying adult.

Admission and tickets
With a ticket, you can take part in scheduled events and the auction. There are also areas where you can freely play your own games. Tickets can be purchased on site during the convention, or in advance via the ticket link in the right-hand column.
Without a ticket, you can browse the pop-up shops, buy refreshments in the café, or simply soak up the atmosphere. Free admission for children up to and including 7 years old.
