In 2026, the steakhouse restaurant Johanna opened in Brunnsparken, right in the heart of central Gothenburg. Here, above the roofs on the seventh floor, the restaurant is joined by a spacious and sunny rooftop terrace with room for up to 300 people.

Mei Rose at Liseberg Grand Curiosa

The hotel Liseberg Grand Curiosa has several different bars and restaurants. At the Mei Rose rooftop bar adventurous cocktails and barbecue dishes with Chinese flavours are served. On the spacious roof terrace you also get a completely new view of Gothenburg’s skyline and the amusement park Liseberg.

Skanshof

This former bank premise has been transformed into a seafood restaurant with a New York flair. Now the guests can enjoy both a rooftop bar and a park-like terrace.
