Gæst has opened its doors on the street Rosengatan in the neighborhood Linné. The name, which means “guest” in Danish, reflects the restaurant’s welcoming atmosphere. Run by a family of four, Gæst combines influences from Danish and Italian cooking.
The ambition is to create a relaxed meeting place where guests can drop in for a glass of wine, a smørrebrød or a simple pasta dish.
