The Moat (Vallgraven) Gothenburg

Here you get the opportunity to experience the city and its history from the water, at your own pace. Kajakbryggan offers rental of kayaks and paddle boats. In Gothenburg, drop-in applies and there is always staff on site during opening hours.
Björholmens Marina
At Björholmens Marina, hotel and restaurant you can explore the archipelago from a kayak. Bring a tent and spend the night on one of the nearby islets. There are both single and double sea kayaks and pedal boats for rent. Paddle, life jacket and canopy included. A popular option is to combine paddling, swimming and sauna with dinner at the restaurant and overnight stay at the hotel, all in a beautiful archipelago environment.
Nääs Fabriker
At Nääs Fabriker, a hotel and spa complex, you can rent kayaks, pedal boats and SUPs to explore the lake Sävelången. For example, paddle to the castle Nääs Slott and experience the environment from the water, or enjoy the tranquility and a gentle full-body workout. You do not have to be a hotel guest to book the rental.
Gräfsnäs Slottspark
In Gräfsnäs Slottspark you can experience the water from a kayak or pedal boat. Take a trip around the lake, see the Gräfsnäs castle ruins from the water or combine paddling with swimming at the beautiful swimming area and a visit to the large playground. There are several options here: paddle alone, bring the family in a pedal boat or rent a kayak each. The rental includes single and double kayaks as well as fishing kayaks with holders for those who want to try their luck at fishing. While you’re there, you can also take a ride on the Anten–Gräfsnäs Railway, the narrow-gauge museum railway.
