At Lilla gummans gelato they take ice cream seriously but with a playful twist. The ice cream is freshly churned every day, the cones are baked from their own recipe, and you can get fun toppings like cotton candy, caramel popcorn, or grilled marshmallows. There are always classic flavours of ice cream available as well as a few more unusual ones to choose from.
The ingredients for the artisanal ice cream are carefully selected – the milk comes directly from a local farm and all the flavours and colours are natural. In addition to ice cream, they also serve coffee and espresso from a Gothenburg-based roastery.
Lilla gummans gelato is located in Spinneriet in Lindome, south of Gothenburg. The former spinning mill houses around 20 other creative businesses, artisan crafts, and a restaurant. The ice cream bar has seating both indoors and outdoors in the beautiful old industrial environment.
