Local ingredients meet inspiration from across the Atlantic. The Swedish west coast mingles with the American east coast in a concept led by none other than Marcus Samuelsson.
Restaurant Norda is located in Clarion Hotel Post, and the menu features classic dishes with a twist, inspired by Manhattan’s vibrant melting pot of flavours.
Norda’s luxurious brunch is a food lover’s paradise. Here, vegetables are served straight from the hotel’s rooftop garden. Start with the cold buffet, then choose from six different main courses. The next stop is, of course, the delicious dessert buffet, created by Patrik Fredriksson, who won the gold medal at the Culinary Olympics in 2012.
Norda serves its world-renowned brunch from lunchtime on Saturdays and Sundays.
The restaurant is environmentally certified according to ISO14001, an international standard for environmental management systems.
