Awarded with two Michelin stars (2025), restaurant Signum is located in Mölnlycke, just outside Gothenburg. You can find them at the tip of the peninsula in Lake Landvetter, by Hällsnäs Hotel & Restaurant.
The restaurant offers a tasting menu inspired by the four elements – earth, fire, air, and water. Behind this concept is co-owner and food creator Thomas Sjögren, who won Swedish Chef of the Year in 2015.
Signum strives to be as self-sufficient as possible when it comes to ingredients and maintains a close collaboration with local farmers, fishermen, and suppliers. They also have their own micro-garden that supplies the restaurant with herbs, salads, and flowers year-round, as well as a sea farm in Bohuslän where they cultivate seaweed for their menu.
