Signum

Michelin-starred (2023) restaurant Signum is located in Mölnlycke, just outside Gothenburg. You can find them at the tip of the peninsula in Lake Landvetter, by Hällsnäs Hotel & Restaurant.

The restaurant offers a tasting menu inspired by the four elements – earth, fire, air, and water. Behind this concept is co-owner and food creator Thomas Sjögren, who won Swedish Chef of the Year in 2015.

Signum strives to be as self-sufficient as possible when it comes to ingredients and maintains a close collaboration with local farmers, fishermen, and suppliers. They also have their own micro-garden that supplies the restaurant with herbs, salads, and flowers year-round, as well as a sea farm in Bohuslän where they cultivate seaweed for their menu.
