According to the chef himself, a visit to Stefan Karlsson’s SK Mat och Människor should feel simple, happy and personal. Here, food and drink are served based on the Swedish food and flavour tradition. The menu is based on about ten dishes, where the restaurant also offers a four-course and a six-course menu together with suitable packages of drinks. The dishes are largely based on ingredients from the Gothenburg area and are prepared in the middle of the restaurant’s dining room in a completely open kitchen without walls. The restaurant has been awarded a star in the prestigious Guide Michelin.
