Clarion Hotel Draken features 474 rooms offering panoramic views of the city and the river Göta älv. Room types vary from double rooms and suites, to family rooms and “connecting rooms” for larger groups. The hotel is located at the square Järntorget in central Gothenburg,– a hub for culture, music, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. From here, it’s also close to the historic district of Haga, with its cosy cafés and shops, and the iconic market hall Feskekörka.
Restaurants, bars and a cinema
The hotel is home to several dining and social spaces: Brasserie Draken, which serves French-Swedish dishes; Heurlins, a combined seafood bistro and pastry shop; and Living Room, a welcoming social space on the entrance floor. There are also several bars, including a sky bar on the 34th floor. The in-house cinema Draken is both a lively cultural venue – see Draken Live – and a key location during the annual Gothenburg Film Festival.

Clarion Hotel Draken’s spa, Obie Spa, is inspired by Nordic aesthetics and features various saunas, experience showers and heated pools. The hotel also offers a wide range of meeting facilities – from conference rooms in various sizes to a cinema lounge and an entire meeting and events floor on the 32nd floor.
