Modern, Nordic, human and sustainable are the guiding stars for restaurant Human which opened at Risåsgatan in late 2021. The dinner menu consists of five or seven courses, all in season of course.

The restaurant is run by previous Swedish chef of the year-winner Martin Moses and experienced chefs Jens Hallberg and Andreas Upper.
