Modern, Nordic, personal and sustainable are the watchwords for restaurant Human, which opened in the fall of 2021 on Risåsgatan in Gothenburg. Here, seasonal ingredients and a clear sustainability focus take center stage, where modern Nordic cuisine is interpreted with precision and creativity. For dinner, tasting menus are served, carefully composed according to current ingredients and with great care for flavour balance and details.

For those who want luxury in everyday life, lunch is also offered. The restaurant is run by former Chef of the Year winner Martin Moses together with chefs Jens Hallberg and Andreas Upper. The ambition is to create a personal and relaxed fine dining experience where the guest is at the center and where food, service and atmosphere interact to create a holistic experience.
