Michelin starred restaurant specialised in west Swedish gastronomy.

The one-star restaurant Koka has the ambition to be a leader in modern, West Swedish gastronomy. The cooking can best be described as focused and full of passion, where the main ingredient in each dish takes its place. The restaurant has also chosen to remove meat from most of the menus and mainly works with local growers, fishermen and mushroom and oyster pickers.

At Koka, they always try to have an environmental mindset in all parts of the business, and the proportion of organic products today amounts to 90% of everything the restaurant uses. All menus can also be made vegetarian/vegan.
