Gustav won Chef of the Year in 2010 and has run Restaurant Sjömagasinet for several years. In the old wine and liquor garage you’ll find his current restaurant, hidden from the street, but when you enter the culvert on Kämpegatan 4, one of Gothenburg’s finest courtyards opens up! It’s a pop up restaurant, where you can taste his self-composed five-course street food dinner, with food from all over the world.
