Palmes Pentry is Folk’s sister restaurant and backroom, and is located next door to the main restaurant on Järntorget. The backroom has its own bar and serves a tasting menu that is different from the menu at Folk. Here, the atmosphere is more intimate, the service is personal and the menu is more variable. The venue is smaller, but all the more atmospheric, with room for spontaneous drop-in guests as well as booked parties. Palmes Pentry functions as an extension of Folk, but at the same time stands firmly on its own two feet with a clear expression and its own identity.
