Spröd is a pizzeria where you can enjoy their own signature sprödbrödspizza, a thin, crispy pizza bursting with flavour. Behind the sprödbrödspizza is Hakan, a pizzaiolo (pizza chef) with over 30 years of experience. After many years in the industry, he began to explore new ways of making pizza. Through test bakes, adjustments and conversations with guests, the concept of sprödbrödspizza was born, and it became the foundation for Spröd, which opened in 2024.
Here, craftsmanship is at the heart of everything, from dough that has been allowed to rest at its own pace to toppings where every ingredient is carefully selected. Spröd aims to be more than just a restaurant – it’s a place where you can feel at home.
